tropical storm fabian is on its way out and is not expected to make a landfall. but it actually intensifies monsoon, which brings heavy rains in the metro. this is how the view from my office window looks like.
i hope that by 6 pm, the skies get clearer and the rains stop. papa and tita are on their way to cagayan de oro city. rain, rain, go away.
