plus points: very nice and friendly staff; homey feel; clean bathrooms; accessible and near shopping areas and bugis station; good value for money; and that overall feeling of being safe.
minus points: no elevator. i had to carry my heavy luggage all the way to the 4th floor.
will go back? yes.
