"it's too far... even i have not been there". this was what rachelle (rakdell inn's reliable front desk lady). but i "persevered" and got to this unspoilt beach facing the pacific ocean... as rachelle said, not too many locals have been in sakahon beach. what was even better, i got the beach to myself! except for 4-5 kids playing around, i was the only tourist for 3 hours of my stay there.
despite the rough roads, ravines and tricycle driver who's not aware of the roads leading to brgy. bote in bato town, i made it to sakahon. another one for the postcards and one of my ultimate discoveries! salamat, catanduanes!
