rappler listed it as one of the best beaches in the philippines for barefoot walking. and i agree. sand is not as fine as other beaches in the country but it's still one of the best... especially as it is just 4 hours away from manila. lukewarm water and not too crowded when we got there. more on cagbalete soon!
